Job Description
K2 Automation supplies hard-to-find and obsolete PLC, drive, HMI and motor components (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB) to manufacturers across North America. We're growing our Houston sales team.
This is a hunting role. Most of your day is outbound: cold calling plant maintenance managers, engineers and purchasing teams in food & beverage, paper, machine building and heavy industry.

Pay: $41,600â$45,500 base plus uncapped commission on margin. First-year OTE is $60kâ$75k. 401(k) with 4% match, 15 days PTO plus 6 holidays, and medical from January 2027.
