Job Summary- Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic ACA Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will leverage your sales skills and customer service expertise to build relationships, analyze client requirements, and effectively communicate policy options. The ideal candidate will be proactive in pursuing new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional service to existing clients.

Agent must have an active Health Insurance License in their resident state. We are seeking Brokers with Multi-Carrier sales experience and motivated by policy sales. We are seeking candidates who can start ASAP. These are full time, permanent, year-round roles.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ACA sales across multiple carriers. Key Responsibilities- Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

\n

• Educate clients on ACA options.
\n
• Present and sell products from a wide range of carriers, ensuring clients receive unbiased and comprehensive guidance.
\n
• Conduct needs-based assessments to match clients with the most suitable coverage options.
\n
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, appointment setting, consultations, enrollments, and follow-up.
\n
• Maintain active communication with leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
\n
• Stay up to date on CMS regulations, carrier guidelines, and product updates.
\n
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and ongoing support.
\n
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
\n

Qualifications Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent

\n

\n
• Active Health Insurance License (required).
\n
• Minimum of 1–3 years selling Medicare, life, ACA products across multiple carriers.
\n
• Strong understanding of ACA guidelines, compliance standards, and enrollment processes.
\n
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
\n
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital enrollment tools.
