We are currently seeking a Process Technician to work across all shifts at our Kalamazoo, MI Facility.

In this lead position your responsibilities & activities will 
include:

• Purge antifreeze from tools
• Assist in tooling assembly, disassembly and maintenance
• Remove form tool, trim tool and stacker from machine
• Install form tool, trim tool and stacker in machine
• Set rail positions, trim positions and stacker positions with assistance
• Troubleshoot Minor process issues with assistance
• Document process settings
• Perform full tool change on Post Trim or Cut In Place

These are the base skills possessed by all Process Techs.

• Minimum of 5 years of Process Technician experience
• Strong proficiency in thermoforming processes
• Experience with extrusion processes (preferred)
• Willingness to work a swing shift covering both 2nd and 3rd shifts
