About the Position

A reputable healthcare system located 2 1/2 hours east of Seattle, Washington, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Total Joint Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join its team. This is a full-time position offering a generous salary and comprehensive benefits. Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $63.94 - $77.40 per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide specialized health care, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic and acute conditions and injuries.
• Assist in surgeries, including providing first-assist support.
• Counsel patients and families, addressing physical and emotional health issues.
• Participate in health promotional activities, community events, and committee work.
• Engage in clinical care planning and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Record statistics and participate in research as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to develop care plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Required: NCCPA Certification

Preferred:

• Orthopedic experience as a provider
• First-assist experience in surgical settings
