Two Maids & A Mop is a home cleaning services company with offices nationwide. We are growing and hiring cleaning professionals. Roles and responsibilities: Clean houses in two‑person teams using our Two Maids systems, products, and equipment. Follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently and as part of a team. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and a well‑maintained, insured vehicle (any age acceptable as long as it is clean and functional). Pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions and company systems. Enjoy working with people of diverse personalities and lifestyles. Compensation and schedule: Pay can exceed $400 per week for 40 hours, paid every two weeks. Typical hourly rates are $15‑$20, but pay is commission‑based; higher quality work yields higher pay. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends or holidays). Benefits: Flexible hours and control over daily schedule.
