  • Reliability, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks
  • The ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Experience in events, hospitality, hotels or customer service is an advantage, but is not required for every role
  • Eligibility to work with us under a short-term employment arrangement (kurzfristige Beschäftigung)

What we offer:

  • Paid in-person training before the event
  • The opportunity to be part of one of the biggest tech events of the year
  • An international team and a dynamic working environment
  • Varied tasks at distinctive venues across Berlin
  • A professional and supportive event team
  • Valuable hands-on experience in international events

We may also be looking for experienced Team Leaders and Event Managers. If you have previous experience leading teams or managing events, please include this in your application. Pay for these positions will depend on the role.

Important travel information:

We particularly welcome applications from people living in Berlin or the surrounding area. Travel and accommodation costs will not be covered or reimbursed. You will need to arrange your own travel and accommodation.

Want to meet new people, join a fantastic team and experience a major Berlin tech event first-hand?
